Rekommendationer

EQUIA Forte HT I use longtime and every day. In all recommended indications works very good. I'm very satisfied!

Dr. M.ČernyCzech Republic

As I am a pediatric dentist, EQUIA Forte and now EQUIA Forte HT is part of my daily routine. I do not need to isolate and with children it is important to work quick and without a lot of steps to restore.

Dr. V.SavaRomania

EQUIA Forte HT is for me the material of choice in almost all cases of class I and II restorations, it is quick, strong and quite aesthetic. It is also time saving, which is a big advantage in a clinic with many patients. Handling is comfortable and the fact that it's a glass hybrid makes me more confident to use than using a composite.

I have been using Equia forte glass ionomers for many years. So far, Equia glass ionomers in my clinical work have shown excellent results in the treatment of severely damaged teeth. The latest, improved Equia forte HT glass ionomer is used as a replacement for dentin in cavities, especially in deep cavities after endodontic surgery. The advantage of Equia Forte HT is that it is introduced by bulck technique and by releasing fluoride it reduces the possibility of developing secondary marginal caries.

Prof. Dr. Sc. Ivica AnićCroatia

In our pediatric dental department at Barzilai Medical University Center, Ashkelon, Israel, we are using glass ionomer restorative materials from GC for the last 15 years, with very high rates of success. Equia Forte HT, the new material, is in use for the last year, and it showed better wear resistance and the material is very user friendly. Thank you, GC, for improving the glass-ionomer material which is so important in minimal invasive dentistry, especially in pediatric dentistry.

I have been using EQUIA Forte HT as an amalgam substitute for one-, two- and three-surface fillings in the posterior region in my practice for four years.
After mixing in the capsule mixer, the material is placed into the cavity under continuous pressure so that the tip of the applicator is in constant contact with the cavity floor until the cavity is filled. Slowly pull the tip out of the filling while maintaining pressure so as not to produce any air pockets. After a waiting time of approx. one minute, material then has a doughy consistency, the filling can be tamped and modelled as usual with ball tamper and spatula.
Important: Insulate the modelling instruments with cocoa butter (also available at GC).
After another three minutes the material is hardened enough to remove the matrix and start the finishing. For this I use Arkansas stones in the blue angle piece at low speed.
Finally, the filling is sealed with GC EQUIA Coat.
I am very satisfied with this material as an amalgam substitute in terms of processing technique and stability. Patients mention the absence of metal and the appearance as arguments.

EQUIA Forte HT is convincing with its wide range of applications. Especially in situations where sufficient dry working environment is not possible (deciduous filling, deep proximal defects, deep cervical defects, build-up fillings during a preparation, etc.), it can be used reliably and without worrying. I also use it as a standard filling material when patients ”only” asking for filling materials paid by the health insurance. It is used as a good and, above all, tooth-coloured amalgam replacement, especially as my practice works completely amalgam-free. Due to the heat generated by the polymerization lamp, the setting process can be accelerated and thus work can be done very time efficiently. The application of the coating gives Equia Forte HT very good abrasion stability. Overall, this is a very good material that convinces with its versatile application possibilities and reliable quality.

Dr. Ingmar A.C.RuschGermany

EQUIA Forte HT is the ultimate biomimetic restorative material. I have used GC glass-ionomers for twenty years and with its unbeaten track record, we now have a unique hybrid version with intelligent particle chemistry. It is my number one choice for posterior foundations such as cores for indirect crowns and as a dentine substitute under direct composites. It is easy to handle, use, adapt, and sculpt, making placement simple with great result. Its high strength coupled with its ability to chemically bond to tooth structures gives me the confidence and predictability to provide successful restorations, and for me this is definitely a positive clinical experience.
