I use everX Flow and I love it because it simply is the best alternative to the conventional fibre posts. In my opinion and from my experience, this material is the best option for endodontically treated teeth because it becomes a “personalized fibre post” for all different shapes a root canal can have. The adaptation to the endodontic complex is perfect and the resistance of the material is great. In pluriradicular teeth, this material will provide two types of retention: chemical due to adhesion, and mechanical due to the divergence of the root canals. Regarding the removal from the root canal in case of an endodontic retreatment, I have to say that it behaves quite like a fibre post; it can be removed with ultrasonic tips without water.
